Our club held a Salmon Bake fundraiser on Sunday, April 14th. The proceeds benefited our car show in July. We started the day with a cruise from Ediz Hook, through Port Angeles, to Lake Dawn and ended at the Lower Elwha Tribal Center where we enjoyed cedar-planked salmon, red potatoes, coleslaw, cornbread and cookies.
We want to especially thank Rita for cooking the salmon, Sonny for helping with the rest of the menu, and Stephanie for all her help in the kitchen. The food was outstanding! Our members and their friends and family had a good time! We plan to do this again!
